Welcome to ProdVid. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ProdVid ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ProdVid is an AI-powered mobile application that transforms product photos into professional video content. The service includes:
- AI-powered video generation from images
- Multiple video effects and styles
- Video export and sharing capabilities
- Credit-based usage system
- Subscription plans for enhanced features
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Credits and Subscriptions
Credit System: Video generation requires credits. Standard videos cost 120 credits, and Pro videos cost 210 credits. Credits can be purchased or earned through subscriptions.
Subscription terms:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Unused credits from subscriptions reset upon renewal
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your account credentials with others
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the videos you create. Ensure you have the rights to use any images and that generated content complies with applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for video generation.
Generated Videos: You own the videos generated from your images, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party rights.
Our Property: ProdVid, including its design, features, and technology, is our proprietary property protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific results from video generation
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
- Compatibility with all devices
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProdVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Unused credits are forfeited
- We may delete your account data
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
